Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Health & Safety team
- Develop health and safety management systems
- Oversee safety training and compliance programs
- Conduct safety inspections and audits
- Manage workers' compensation claims and reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in occupational health & safety
- Experience with COR certification and audits
- Knowledge of worker's compensation processes
- Strong planning and problem-solving abilities
- Preferred Canadian Registered Safety Professional designation
