As Assistant Lodge Manager, you will support the Lodge Manager across administrative, hospitality, and food-and-beverage duties. You will supervise staff, solve daily problems, and serve as Lodge Manager during scheduled time off. The position includes a two-weeks-on, one-week-off schedule and varied lodge responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support lodge administration and hospitality program goals
- Coach, direct, and develop staff alongside the Lodge Manager
- Host guests and respond to feedback
- Create staff schedules and complete weekly time entry
- Track bar stock and inventory levels
Requirements:
- Post-secondary hospitality education or equivalent experience
- Food Safe, Occupational First Aid Level 1, and Serving It Right
- At least two years' preferred hospitality leadership experience
- Confident public speaking and training facilitation skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency and strong organizational abilities
