Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, configure, and optimize Salesforce platform environments
- Manage users, profiles, permissions, and system settings
- Maintain data quality through validation and deduplication
- Monitor performance, analyze logs, and troubleshoot issues
- Coordinate releases, updates, patches, and maintenance plans
Requirements:
- Two to four years of enterprise Salesforce administration
- Experience with NPSP
- Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud knowledge
- Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of SaaS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and SSL
