- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies, maintain data integrity, and follow structured processes.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Why Join
- Make a meaningful impact on the employee experience by helping create a seamless hiring and onboarding journey for candidates, leaders, and teams across the organization.
