This hands-on manager contributes directly to creating a strong synergy within the hotel team and uses the art of unreasonable hospitality to run smooth operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations in line with Germain Hotels culture and values.
- Motivate the team to exceed targets for guest satisfaction and financial results.
- Stimulate organizational growth.
- Support, coach, develop, and manage team performance through formal and informal means.
- Be active in the community to increase awareness of the property and Germain Hotels.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Diploma in hotel management or bachelor's degree in management.
- 5 to 10 years' experience as a general manager in a hotel - experience in food and beverage management as well as in luxury or boutique hotels.
- Natural ability to coach, inspire, and mobilize teams.
- Professionalism, enthusiasm, initiative, and customer service skills.
- Good analytical skills and ability to manage time and priorities.
