As Service Manager, you will oversee Operations and Maintenance delivery for assigned customers and regions. You will manage contracted scope, SLAs, KPIs, financial targets, and customer commitments. The work connects Field Service Engineers, service desks, engineering teams, suppliers, and project transitions across an international portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as principal Operations and Maintenance customer interface
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery across support, engineering, and suppliers
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, financial performance, and contractual commitments
- Lead regional Field Service Engineers and manage development
- Identify renewals, extensions, growth, and improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Degree, professional qualification, or equivalent relevant experience
- Customer-facing contract and service management experience
- Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, people, suppliers, and capacity
- Understanding of ITIL, TL9000, or X60-000 standards
- English language proficiency and commercial awareness
