This experienced IT Project Coordinator position oversees projects of varying scope and complexity. You will coordinate resources, technical teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and sponsors. The work requires project documentation, governance, reporting, budgets, and communication throughout the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned IT projects from planning through formal closure
- Coordinate resources, vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders
- Maintain charters, schedules, status reports, and closure documents
- Monitor budgets, expenditures, forecasts, risks, and project milestones

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in business, information technology, or project management
- Minimum three years coordinating or managing IT projects
- Understanding of methodologies, governance requirements, and project lifecycles
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
