Reporting to the Design and Estimating Manager, this administrator handles purchasing activities, work in progress orders, and updated manufacturing records. The position requires understanding Almag's sales roadmap, software systems, vendor requirements, and administrative processes. Recent graduates may qualify with an administration diploma.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create accurate purchase orders for outside service providers
- Review vendor acknowledgements and invoices for accuracy
- Maintain WIP orders and follow up on statuses
- Update EPICS receiving, inventory, and scrap records
- Release engineering drawings internally and externally
Requirements:
- One to three years administration experience or administration diploma
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
- Effective written and spoken English communication
- Strong numerical ability and prioritization skills
- High-volume auditing accuracy and attention to detail
