Allstate Insurance Company of Canada is seeking a detail-oriented Inside Service Agent fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin and English. In this full-time, home-based role, you will engage with customers, answering service and billing inquiries, and handling First Notice of Loss calls. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries about policies
- Handle First Notice of Loss claim calls and document details
- Promote Allstate features during portfolio reviews
- Manage policy renewals and client inquiries effectively
- Upsell and cross-sell Auto and Property products as needed
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- OTL or General level 1 Insurance License or willingness to obtain
- 1-3 years customer service experience required
- Must be fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin and English
- Proficient with MS Office applications
