Allstate Canada Group is seeking a Senior Claims Advisor, Bodily Injury to join our remote Canadian team. You will investigate and settle Bodily Injury claims by examining coverage, liability, and quantum while upholding territorial guidelines.
Reporting to the Bodily Injury Claims Manager, you will interpret policy wordings, maintain file diaries, determine liability and reserves, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with underwriting and defense counsel as needed.
