As a Claim Advisor, Auto, you will manage repairable physical damage claims from assignment through resolution. You will review coverage, loss details, damages, estimates, and documentation while making liability and coverage decisions within authority. The work also includes coordinating repairs and maintaining claim ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage repairable physical damage claims through resolution
- Explain claims and repair processes clearly to customers
- Review coverage, damages, estimates, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate appraisers, repair facilities, rentals, insureds, and third parties
- Document claims and escalate fraud, total loss, or complex indicators
Requirements:
- Three to five years of customer service experience
- Previous auto adjuster experience preferred
- Knowledge of interpreting insurance policies
- Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy
- Bachelor's degree preferred
