Allshores is seeking a talented and commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our Legal & Compliance team. This role will help manage legal and regulatory risk across Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, Europe and other Caribbean jurisdictions, collaborating with business leaders to support strategic growth.
The successful candidate will provide practical legal advice, assist with corporate governance, regulatory submissions, and transactions, and help develop policies and training to strengthen compliance.
