As Project Development Manager, you will advance Allnorth’s Energy and Renewables strategy while supporting operations and growth teams. The work spans brownfield retrofits, greenfield developments, mining projects, and multiple divisions across North America. You will balance business development, project execution, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Lead mining proposal development and prepare fee estimates Define brownfield scopes and lead projects through detailed engineering Build client relationships and maintain a mining opportunity pipeline Identify energy-sector clients, opportunities, and cross-selling strategies Support teams through quality reviews, reporting, and risk mitigation Requirements:
At least 15 years’ direct industry experience Experience in energy, renewables, heavy industrial, or mining sectors P.Eng preferred; engineering or technology degree considered Experience delivering complex multidisciplinary projects under varied contracts Excellent communication skills and regular travel availability Bring commercial judgment, proposal expertise, and client development leadership to Allnorth’s Energy and Renewables team across diverse projects.
