Lead financial reporting and accounting operations as Controller at Allnorth, supporting accurate information across multiple entities. The Controller oversees full-cycle accounting for Allnorth’s engineering, project delivery, and construction services business. This senior role supports strategic decision-making through financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements. You will partner with finance professionals and operational leaders while ensuring compliance with ASPE and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Lead general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, and reconciliations Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Prepare consolidated statements, management packages, and variance analyses Coordinate external audits and maintain auditor relationships Lead accounting team development and cross-business collaboration Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, business, or equivalent experience Seven to ten years of progressive accounting experience At least three years in senior accounting or controller-level roles Experience with multi-entity statements and full-cycle accounting ERP systems experience and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Bring financial reporting, accounting leadership, and control expertise to Allnorth’s multi-entity finance operations and business partnerships.
