Allied Universal® seeks Tactical Security Guards for a brewery and manufacturing facility in London. You will protect personnel, property, facilities, and confidential information while maintaining a secure environment. The work requires communication, situational awareness, technology use, and calm decision-making during incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough, documented patrols across assigned areas
- Monitor activities and report suspicious behaviour promptly
- Respond to disturbances under established procedures
- Prepare accurate incident and shift reports
- Enforce site security and emergency procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of security experience
- Valid provincial Security Guard Licence
- Valid Use of Force and Handcuffing certification
- Valid crisis management or non-violent crisis intervention certification
- Ontario G Class licence, clean abstract, and reliable transportation
