The position requires security operations knowledge, leadership, incident response, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and security management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily security operations across assigned Calgary client sites
- Conduct inspections and audits to maintain service quality
- Supervise, support, and develop security personnel
- Address client concerns, escalations, and service requirements
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
- Three to five years of security operations or management experience
- At least three years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of risk management and incident response
- Valid Alberta Class 5 licence and clean driving record
