Lead Allied Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd.’s commercial Plumbing Division with Red Seal expertise and strong leadership skills. This Plumbing and Heating Service Manager oversees Metro Vancouver operations for an established service division. You will guide technicians, customers, vendors, and suppliers while managing budgets, departmental goals, training, and service delivery. The position supports commercial and multi-family plumbing and heating work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, grow, lead, and manage the Plumbing Division
- Direct technicians to meet service demands and customer expectations
- Recruit, train, coach, and review Plumbing technicians
- Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and dispatch
- Develop budgets, goals, and objectives supporting departmental profitability
Requirements:
- Plumbing Red Seal certification
- Commercial Plumbing and Heating service experience
- Troubleshooting experience with boilers, pumps, and hydronic systems
- Valid BC Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Comfort with mobile devices and cloud-based software
