As Operations Delivery Director, you will oversee daily customer-facing Claims Department operations at Allianz Partners. You will translate strategy into operational plans, coach leaders, and shape claims servicing strategy. The position requires claims management, KPI analysis, and strong communication. Key Responsibilities:
Translate company strategy into claims operational plans and measurable results Coach Claims Managers, Claims Leaders, and Technical Experts Balance workloads, allocate resources, and manage inventory effectively Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions Lead process improvement, innovation, and organizational change initiatives Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience 5-7 years of claims management experience in high-volume environments At least 3 years leading managers or operational leaders Experience managing large inventories and operational performance results Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel and PowerPoint Bring claims leadership, operational acumen, and customer-focused performance management to Allianz Partners in Cambridge, Ontario.
