The Financial Services Administrator carries out accounts payable, provides backup for accounts receivable and donations, and supports audits, budgeting, reporting, and financial management. The position also supports confidential Human Resources functions connected with employee life cycle situations. Responsibilities include payroll processing, reconciliations, invoices, payments, and external inquiries. The role requires onsite work within SRCHC's community health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process semi-monthly payroll for salaried and hourly employees
- Match, code, and input invoices and payment requests
- Generate EFT payments and monitor approval status
- Prepare T4, T4A, WSIB, and EHT reconciliations
- Respond to payroll, supplier, employee, and government inquiries
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education related to accounting or finance
- At least two years of accounting or payroll experience
- Sound Microsoft Office and MS Excel skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and ADP is an asset
- Sensitivity handling confidential information and strong communication skills
