Thanks to our field service technicians, our head office team, and our network of equipment partners, we work hard to fulfill our promise to customers: keeping their ships navigating safely. Much more than an equipment and service company – we are a leader in providing solutions to our loyal customer partners and their technical staff to ensure that they too can deliver on their mission. We are a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and flat organization that offers exciting growth opportunities for talented professionals searching for a new challenge.

The Role Philosophy

The Integration Management Office Lead is responsible for keeping the post-merger integration on track, ensuring that teams, systems and processes come together according to plan. Across eight workstreams, you will maintain the integration tracker, lead regular check-ins and ensure follow through from leadership. You will identify delays and risks early, resolve issues between teams and bring key decisions forward when needed. You will also report progress, risks and value delivered to the board while ensuring integration decisions stay within agreed parameters throughout the earnout period. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can bring structure, keep people accountable and help teams move forward through a period of change.

Who You Are

Organized, pragmatic and focused on getting things done, you like to see things through and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Following up comes naturally, and you’re comfortable holding people accountable, addressing issues early and bringing the right people together to find solutions. Direct and approachable, you build trust quickly with different stakeholders, from field teams to senior leadership. You are comfortable working across different business functions, asking the right questions and bringing people together around shared priorities. While you may not be the expert in every area; maintaining momentum and keeping teams focused on what matters is what you do best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the integration plan: Eight workstreams (finance and NetSuite, field service operations, commercial, OEMs and suppliers, HR, legal and insurance, IT and facilities, brand), each with a named lead.
  • Run the weekly tracker, the weekly workstream check‑ins and the bi‑weekly steering committee, which includes a Snowdon seat.
  • Follow up with owners, identify slippage early, resolve cross workstream conflicts and escalate.
  • Report progress, risks and value delivered to the board.
  • Protect the earnout measurement period by keeping integration moves inside agreed guardrails.

Your Profile

  • Fully bilingual, English and French, with the ability to work with Quebec City teams’ day to day.
  • Proven post-merger integration or program management experience, ideally with a small or mid sized services or industrial company.
  • Comfortable working across finance, operations, HR and IT without being an expert in any of them.
  • Hands‑on and highly organized, with the ability to build the tracker, lead meetings and follow up consistently.
  • Direct communicator who earns credibility with founders and field staff quickly.
