You will protect customer satisfaction, support long-term retention, and manage relationship details. The work connects Sales, Graphics, Estimating, Production, and Management through precise communication and organized follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and audit customer orders and quote requests
- Coordinate technical requirements between Sales and production teams
- Support project tracking, reporting, and urgent client requests
- Resolve inquiries and maintain existing account relationships
- Identify production hurdles and recommend effective solutions
