What You'll Do:
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners who have requested information about our products and services, helping them find the best solutions for their homes. Responsibilities include:
- Conduct professional in-home consultations with qualified homeowners
- Assess homeowner needs and recommend customized home improvement solutions
- Present premium replacement windows, bathroom remodeling, and metal roofing products
- Explain financing options and current promotions
- Build trust through a consultative, customer-focused sales approach
- Overcome objections and confidently close sales
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through contract
