As Project/Business Development Manager, you will grow All Weather's multi-family business through new accounts, project sales, and customer relationships. Your work will connect with developers, builders, general contractors, and other decision-makers. You will identify projects early, develop proposals, and move opportunities from initial contact through award.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure multi-family sales opportunities across British Columbia
- Build relationships with developers, builders, and general contractors
- Develop pipelines, follow up leads, and convert opportunities
- Coordinate quotes, proposals, pricing, and project requirements
- Present products, negotiate agreements, and track forecasts
Requirements:
- Experience in multi-family sales, project sales, or business development
- Construction, building products, windows, doors, or related industry knowledge
- Established industry network and proven sales generation record
- Pipeline management, quoting, negotiation, and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence and satisfactory driving record
