What You'll Do
As a Commercial HVAC/R Technician, you will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipment.

- Commercial mechanical and electrical equipment
- Daily Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
- Document service work and recommendations Communicate findings and repair options to customers
- Assist with estimates, proposals, and parts identification
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment
- Travel throughout the service area to customer job sites
Qualifications
- Required
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial refrigeration equipment
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation
- Own basic HVAC/R tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Preferred
- Experience with chillers, cooling towers, and control systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
