As an Insurance Broker, you will assess client requirements and offer suitable Home and Auto Insurance solutions. You will deliver excellent customer service, maintain relationships, and identify cross-sell opportunities. The role also includes building external networks, developing COIs, and staying current with industry trends and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with clients and assess their insurance requirements
- Offer Home and Auto Insurance solutions
- Develop COIs and service your book of business
- Build external networks through market opportunities and referrals
- Identify needs and offer cross-sell solutions
Requirements:
- RIBO license in good standing
- Ability to convert OTL into RIBO
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
- Proficiency with Power Broker and Applied Rating is an asset
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and regulations
