This permanent, full-time Restaurant Manager position oversees front and back of house operations. You will manage budgets, inventory, staff scheduling, training, and customer service. The role also covers health and safety compliance, catering services, and events at the Gladstone Avenue restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and evaluate service efficiency
- Manage budgets, costing, supplies, and menu pricing
- Supervise, schedule, train, and monitor 5 to 10 staff
- Maintain inventory and ensure adequate restaurant supplies
- Manage customer concerns, catering services, and restaurant events
Requirements:
- Three years to less than five years of experience
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- Experience using an electronic cash register
- Own transportation required for the work location
- English language proficiency and organized work habits
