Alimentiv seeks an experienced clinical research professional to oversee projects within an assigned region. You will guide Clinical Project Managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams while supporting planning, resource management, and operational performance. The work includes business development, team development, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent regional clinical projects to sponsors and stakeholders
- Oversee planning, implementation, execution, and delivery
- Review project scope, budgets, timelines, metrics, and resources
- Monitor risks, critical paths, progress, and performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with procedures, regulations, and quality standards
Requirements:
- At least seven years of relevant clinical research experience
- Three-year advanced college diploma or relevant degree
- Understanding of clinical project oversight and delivery
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Leadership, risk assessment, and team management capabilities
