Drive national dental laboratory sales from a field-based Ontario assignment using bilingual communication and complex account-management expertise across Canada. As Align’s Business Development Manager, Labs, you will grow sales and market share across selected national dental laboratories. You will create initiatives with executive decision-makers, implement plans locally, and support iTero product launches. The work combines strategic planning, contracts, pricing, forecasts, and complex project management. Success requires strong communication, commercial judgment, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales quotas, targets, and assigned strategic objectives Build relationships with executive laboratory decision-makers and influencers Develop account strategies, sales plans, forecasts, and budgets Support product launches, contracts, workflows, and standardized processes Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Legal, and operational partners Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred Eight-plus years of professional B2B sales experience National or complex account-management experience preferred French and English bilingual proficiency required Travel approximately 40%–60% across Canada Apply strategic sales leadership, executive relationship-building, and bilingual communication to grow Align laboratory accounts across Canada.
