We're looking for someone who genuinely understands why some content stops people mid-scroll and most doesn't — and is a bit frustrated when they see the latter. This is a strategy-first role. You'll own social media for a portfolio of ambitious clients — from the positioning, through to collaborating on execution, and posting. Our video team and creative director are genuinely excellent. Your job is to bring the strategic brain that makes their work land.
You might be the right person if:
- You've grown accounts from near zero to meaningful engagement and you can explain exactly why it worked, not just that it did.
- You find bad content genuinely irritating because you can immediately see what's wrong with it and what it should have been.
- You're comfortable sitting in analytics and know the difference between metrics that matter and ones that just look good in a report.
- You've been underutilized somewhere — executing someone else's mediocre strategy when you knew exactly what should be done differently.
- You have a genuine point of view on what makes content work — and you're willing to defend it.

In-person position collaborating from our office in downtown Huntsville, ON. Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year. Full-time, salaried, with growth opportunity.
