The Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board offers assignments at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic School and Holy Rosary Catholic School. These 1.0 FTE positions run immediately or from October 30, 2026, through June 29, 2027. Qualified occasional teachers and external applicants may apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Primary/Junior students in assigned elementary classrooms
- Complete the long-term occasional assignment through June 29, 2027
- Support ALCDSB faith-filled learning communities
- Serve students within eastern Ontario Catholic schools
Requirements:
- Hold an Ontario College of Teachers Certificate of Qualification
- Possess Division Specific Qualifications
- Demonstrate oral and written English proficiency
- Submit a cover letter and resume
- Provide two professional letters of reference
