Optimize sales incentive compensation with Alexion in Mississauga, using advanced Excel, analytics, and a hybrid schedule three days weekly. As Manager, Incentive Compensation, you will support Alexion’s US Commercial field-based sales teams. The role reports to the Senior Director, US Sales Incentive Compensation, and partners with Incentive Compensation colleagues. You will administer programs, generate insights, and collaborate with technology partners on reporting, calculations, controls, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and administer field-based compensation programs
- Define system specifications with technology partners
- Automate performance reporting and incentive calculations
- Monitor plans, analyze results, and manage inquiries
- Ensure compliance with Alexion incentive compensation processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; business, finance, or math preferred
- At least four years in sales performance analytics
- Understanding of commission, goal, and MBO plans
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
- Ability to translate business needs for technical collaborators
