Work from the office at least three days weekly while collaborating with individual flexibility. This hands-on Senior Manager role partners with commercial teams on HCP engagement, patient opportunity assessment, and commercial effectiveness. You will solve complex questions using predictive modeling, machine learning, experimental design, and healthcare data. Your work spans marketing mix optimization, next-best-action, segmentation, adherence, retention, patient identification, and competitive intelligence. Key Responsibilities:
Translate business needs into advanced analytics solutions Apply regression, forecasting, causal inference, and survival analysis Turn model outputs into actionable commercial recommendations Partner with Brand, Market Access, Patient Services, and Field teams Contribute to peer reviews, knowledge sharing, and coaching Requirements:
Degree in Statistics, Data Science, or related quantitative discipline Hands-on experience with statistical modeling and machine learning Ability to communicate complex findings and limitations clearly Healthcare, life sciences, or rare disease analytics experience preferred Familiarity with claims, specialty pharmacy, CRM, or EMR/EHR data preferred Use commercial data science and healthcare analytics to clarify decisions across AstraZeneca’s rare disease business.
