As Insight and Analytics Lead, you will deepen understanding of business and market dynamics for Therapeutic Area leadership. Your work spans primary research, competitive intelligence, voice of customer analysis, forecasting, and lifecycle planning. You will manage insight projects, vendor partnerships, budgets, and cross-functional relationships while supporting strategic milestones. Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end brand insights processes and vendor partnerships Guide forecasts through commercial assumptions and market dynamics Generate insights across launches, indications, and lifecycle optimization Shape strategies with regional and global stakeholders Evaluate AI and emerging technologies for analytical capabilities Requirements:
At least six years in insights and data analytics Experience designing and managing primary market research Knowledge of Canadian pharmaceutical data sources and healthcare environments Ability to influence without authority across departments Excellent project management across multiple simultaneous initiatives Apply market research, forecasting, and lifecycle expertise to strategic pharmaceutical decisions supporting Alexion’s rare disease work.
