Lead commercial data operations in Mississauga with advanced SQL and Snowflake expertise. Support US Commercial decisions through reliable, governed data. As Associate Director, you will lead complex pharmaceutical commercial data initiatives across specialty pharmacy, patient services, claims, CRM, and performance data. You will set priorities, define reusable data products, and guide delivery with technology teams. The role supports reporting, Decision Science, launches, and sustained production operations. Key Responsibilities:
Set portfolio priorities, roadmaps, delivery plans, and dependencies Define data products, ownership, lineage, and acceptance criteria Coordinate source onboarding, historical loads, validation, and readiness Establish monitoring, incident response, escalation, and corrective action Lead partners, stakeholders, vendors, and operational handovers Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field Eight or more years in pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial data Advanced SQL and practical Snowflake experience Knowledge of commercial data, MDM, HCP, HCO, and product mastering Experience leading concurrent initiatives, launches, incidents, and vendors Apply commercial data leadership, Snowflake, SQL, and quality expertise to strengthen Alexion’s US Commercial data operations.
