The Manager, Construction, leads day-to-day execution across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations transition. You will oversee Project Managers and Analysts while managing selected projects directly. Responsibilities include validating pricing, change orders, schedules, forecasts, agreements, and performance reports for senior leadership. Regulatory work may involve OEB licenses and IESO agreements. Key Responsibilities:
Lead EPC construction delivery through commissioning and energization Manage contractors, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders Validate estimates, contractor pricing, and change orders Present project performance updates and variance analysis Support OEB and IESO regulatory submissions Requirements:
10+ years of energy-related construction experience 5+ years of leadership or management experience Strong budget, schedule, and vendor-management record Experience with utilities, regulators, and external stakeholders Engineering, Business, or related degree preferred Use EPC leadership, commercial judgment, and regulatory coordination skills to deliver Alectra energy construction projects.
