Key Responsibilities:
- Support Demand Management systems and EDI initiatives
- Document and validate business requirements with stakeholders
- Coordinate team reviews and obtain sign-offs on solutions
- Lead user acceptance testing and track defect resolutions
- Generate operational reporting and monitor delivery follow-ups
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 5 years of experience in Demand Management or Supply Chain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
