As a Housekeeper, you will maintain the residence for residents, visitors, and staff. Your duties include cleaning living and activity areas, disinfecting washrooms, and caring for floors. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, while public-school education is required. AgeCare emphasizes comfortable, person-centered resident homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean dining rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, and activity areas
- Maintain offices, hallways, stairwells, and other directed areas
- Clean, mop, wax, polish, and buff floors
- Dust furniture and equipment throughout the residence
- Disinfect sinks, toilets, urinals, and telephones daily
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Minimum public-school education required
- Ability to maintain safe, clean, sanitary conditions
- Ability to operate a floor machine
