Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care, medications, and treatments
- Maintain resident assessments, care plans, and documentation
- Coordinate care with physicians and service providers
- Respond to condition changes and medical emergencies
- Educate residents and families about care plans
Requirements:
- Current provincial or state Licensed Practical Nurse registration
- Senior care or long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Electronic documentation and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
