- Analyze preliminary funding requirements and mortgage file documentation
- Review solicitor reporting for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Audit Wealthview Banking mortgage setup information
- Ensure solicitor conditions satisfy funding and disbursement requirements
- Prepare documentation packages for final mortgage disbursement
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, or related field
- Minimum three years of mortgage or financial institution experience
- Strong knowledge of mortgage funding processes and documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with Wealthview Banking and Filogix systems
