This Administrative Support IV supports the Data Integrity Team within CLSS. The work involves Epic Beaker, Connect Care CIS, POCT Aegis, TeleMED, and multiple database systems. You will investigate order entry errors, provider information, and submitting location discrepancies using approved APL policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, investigate, and remediate clinical laboratory discrepancies
- Investigate and remediate order entry errors
- Reissue corrected laboratory reports to authorizing healthcare providers
- Remediate provider, location, overlay, and demographic information
- Provide provincial support and participate in system testing
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in office or business administration
- Experience using multiple information systems in medical environments
- Minimum two years preferred in laboratory registration or health information
- Advanced critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Accuracy, confidentiality, communication, and organizational skills
