Enterprise risk management is your expertise at Bridgewater Bank, where you will connect strategy, oversight, and clear risk reporting across the organization. As Manager, Enterprise Risk Management, you will design, implement, and oversee the Bank’s enterprise-wide risk framework. You will coordinate credit, operational, regulatory, liquidity, and strategic risk activities. The work includes risk identification, assessment, monitoring, reporting, and translating complex information into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:
Own and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management Framework Refresh the Risk Appetite Statement annually Coordinate enterprise risk assessments and stress testing Monitor Key Risk Indicators and Early Warning Indicators Prepare dashboards for senior management and Board committees Requirements:
Enterprise risk management expertise in Canadian banking Understanding of COSO ERM and ISO 31000 frameworks Knowledge of OSFI regulatory expectations Ability to communicate with senior leadership and Board audiences Experience coaching and developing risk professionals Apply your strategic risk leadership, analytical judgment, and communication skills to strengthen Bridgewater Bank’s enterprise risk management.
