Key Responsibilities:
- Review, code, and process invoices promptly
- Prepare payment approvals in line with banking controls
- Maintain vendor onboarding documentation and banking info
- Respond professionally to vendor and stakeholder inquiries
- Support year-end close activities and audits
Requirements:
- Progress toward CPA designation
- Minimum of two years in relevant experience
- Familiarity with Yardi software preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
- French language skills are an asset
