Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee shareholder capital call and distribution processes
- Review and approve vendor payments for transparency
- Lead annual budgeting processes for property portfolios
- Manage audits as the main contact for auditors
- Direct onboarding of new investments in Yardi
Requirements:
- CPA designation with 5+ years in real estate accounting
- Proficiency in Yardi Property and Asset Management Software
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial data analysis
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- French language skills are a plus
