Your work covers orientation, compulsory education, continuing education, and clinical development. You will collaborate with management and internal partners to promote clinical, educational, and evidence-informed practice standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan nursing staff orientation and compulsory education
- Coordinate continuing education and clinical development
- Implement and evaluate nursing education programs
- Collaborate with management and internal partners
- Promote safe, quality patient and family-centered care
Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited nursing education program
- Active or eligible CRNA registration and practice permit
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Health Care Provider certification
- Driver's license and vehicle required
- Satisfactory required security screening before employment
