You will provide personal assistance and support services according to patient care plans, policies, and procedures. Requirements:
- CLHA registration or eligibility as a Health Care Aide
- Health Care Aide education proof or certificate within eighteen months
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to perform standing, bending, walking, and lifting duties
- Medication Assistance Program completion is preferred
