The Patient Food Service Supervisor reports to the Manager of Patient Food Services. You will coordinate daily site activities, supervise front-line staff, and maintain efficient operations. Key work includes recruitment, training, payroll, inventory management, and clinical diet communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day Patient Food Services activities
- Supervise, recruit, train, schedule, and manage front-line employees
- Monitor budgets, inventory, performance targets, and food service quality
- Process adult and infant formula orders accurately
- Implement safety, risk management, and quality improvement standards
Requirements:
- Minimum three years leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Diploma or degree in dietetics, nutrition, food service management, or dietary technology
- Experience hiring, scheduling, and directing assigned employees
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
