Lead leadership development in Calgary with the Alberta Energy Regulator, using adult learning and AI-enabled tools to build workforce capability. As Advisor, Leadership Development & Learning, you will support the Workforce Planning & Organizational Effectiveness team. You will turn workforce-planning skill gaps into targeted solutions while shaping executive and leadership capability frameworks. Your work will connect learning with talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management across the AER.
Key Responsibilities:
