As a 12-month temporary Marketing Advisor reporting to the Manager, B2B Marketing, you will lead assigned initiatives from planning through optimization. Your work supports customer acquisition, broker engagement, retention, and market presence across the group benefits business. Collaboration with sales, product, agencies, and Marketing & Brand teams is central to delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Lead initiatives across planning, delivery, measurement, and optimization Align stakeholders, agencies, sales, product, and marketing teams Monitor campaign spending, estimates, invoices, and budget risks Develop schedules, coordinate resources, and manage project dependencies Resolve issues and escalate scope or delivery risks Requirements:
Post-secondary marketing, advertising, communications, or related credential At least five years of progressive marketing experience Experience managing integrated campaigns and complex projects Ability to present recommendations, develop briefs, and provide feedback Experience coaching colleagues or providing project leadership Bring B2B marketing, project management, stakeholder alignment, and budget oversight expertise to Alberta Blue Cross® initiatives.
