- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements

Requirements:
- Seven or more years of Business Systems Analysis experience
- Proven experience working with Guidewire BillingCenter
- Deep understanding of insurance billing and premium collection
- Experience with payments, collections, refunds, commissions, and servicing
- Strong requirements gathering, communication, and stakeholder management skills
