As Akamai's Support Delivery Manager, you will advise strategic customers and advocate for their success. You will use cloud compute, security, data analysis, and operational improvement skills to optimize support experiences. The role connects customer stakeholders with Support Services, Professional Services, Engineering, and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own premium strategic accounts through strong customer partnerships
- Build data-driven Service Improvement Plans for efficiency
- Identify risks and manage customer escalations proactively
- Track performance metrics and influence best-practice adoption
- Advocate for Akamai solutions and product improvements
Requirements:
- Eight years of relevant experience and bachelor's degree
- Account management or customer success experience in technical environments
- Understanding of networking, cloud compute, WAF, and security
- Knowledge of DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, or security concepts
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
